2024 Changes to New Mexico Child Support Guidelines (2024) Credits : 1.0 G |
This presentation addresses changes to the New Mexico Child Support Guidelines resulting from the enactment of SB223 during the 2023 New Mexico Legislative Session. These changes were effective January 1, 2024.

Stephen Klump currently serves as a Domestic Relations Hearing Officer and a Domestic Violence Special Commissioner with the Second Judicial District Court, a position he has held since June 2013. Prior to joining the court, Mr. Klump served as the Acting Director of the Child Support Enforcement Division from November 2009 through May 2013. He has served on the past four Child Support Guideline Review Commissions, having served as its chair in 2010. Mr. Klump was a field level attorney with CSED from February 2003 until November 2008, and he was the Division’s Deputy Director from November 2008 until November 2009. Mr. Klump is a 1996 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.
