Presented by Members of the Professional Liability Insurance Committee

Historically, lawyers who purchased a professional liability insurance policy with indemnity coverage of $500,000, $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 likely considered themselves “well-insured.” But with increasing professional liability claims being made against lawyers, increased verdicts, and the availability of defense within limits or “pac-man” policies, lawyers may want to reexamine their coverage. This session will discuss these and related issues pertaining to professional liability insurance coverage.

Speakers:

Briggs Cheney, Dixon, Scholl, Carrillo PA

Ellen Geske, Davis Kelin Law Firm
