Multi-Generational Workplace: Part 2 - Addressing Problems Date: Tuesday, June 13, 2023 Time: Noon - 1:30 p.m. Credits: 1.5 EP |
In Part 1 of this series, we discussed the generational
differences in the workplace, including generational views and expectations.
Knowledge of the differences cannot avoid all problems, for instance, the
employee who spends work hours on social media resulting in costly mistakes, or
the employee who refuses to transition to electronic file systems resulting in
reduced productivity. This session will focus on how to address problems
in the multi-generational work force and what to do when resentments grow and
trust diminishes.
