Millennials
(1981-1996) and Generation Zers (1997-2012) have entered the workforce,
bringing with them a new set of characteristics. From technology to
interactions, to job expectations, each generation has their “quirky”
expectations. This seminar will discuss maximizing the Multi-Generational
Workplace through generational
differences and similarities, communication methods, work styles, and
leadership preferences, as well as ways to improve appreciation and
understanding between the four generations.
