Every lawyer uses some technology in their practice, whether it’s email, cloud computing services, or a sophisticated web portal for client contact. But with that use comes a risk of someone hacking into your database for all sorts of nefarious reasons putting your client confidences and your business operations at risk. This session will discuss steps you can take to try to protect yourself from those unwanted cyber-intruders and what to do if you are the victim of an attack.

Speakers:
Jerry Miller, New Mexico State Bar
William D. Slease, Esq., New Mexico State Bar
