Joshua Chappell also features lessons and examples to provide a comprehensive understanding of the foreclosure process in the state. By covering the necessary steps that must be taken before a foreclosure can proceed, the presentation seeks to promote compliance with New Mexico's foreclosure laws and to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all parties involved.
