On March 23, 2223, the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) issued a report finding that that the national rate of autism has now increased to 1 in every 36 children*. The odds are therefore strong that every family law attorney, judge , and mediator may encounter one or more cases involving a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder over the next several years. This new program, "Separation and Divorce Involving Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder" focuses on key points which will be educationally valuable to all professionals on this important, and highly topical subject.
