- Registration closes the day before the program; registration and payment must be received prior to 10 a.m. MT the day before the event.

- This program is available online only through a desktop, laptop, iPad or mobile device with Internet capabilities. It is considered a live program and attendees will receive live CLE credit after attending.
*By registering for this CLE for FREE, you agree to sign up to be a member of the volunteer attorney panel. In exchange for attending this CLE for free, it is required that once over the next 12 months, you will give either extensive advice (e.g. two hours or more) or brief services to one low-income client of the Modest Means Helpline (MMH), the Legal Resources for the Elderly Program, or NM Legal Aid’s Volunteer Attorney Program. Staff of the New Mexico State Bar Foundation CLE department will confirm with MMH staff that the volunteer attorney registration has been completed for each attorney signing up to take the CLE for free to receive 1.5 General credit.
