Whether it’s wondering if you can work with a client, avoiding a possible conflict, deciding how to handle a client who refuses to cooperate, or figuring out how to withdraw representation while protecting the soon-to-be former client’s best interests, this session will discuss the rules and practical matters that lawyers should consider when accepting and termination client representation, including client screening, limited scope representation, effective communication with clients, and why, when and how to end client representation.

Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees during the presentation.
